How to Awaken the Kundalini

There is no greater feeling than to have Kundalini take you on the voyage through your own chakras toward the opening of your mind, body and spirit to meet your own truth.

It is a difficult process to go through alone, yet these videos enable you at all levels to unfold as easily as paper. It is difficult to explain what you will feel as you watch, but quite possibly by the end you will have reached your destiny…

As Kundalini uncoils herself from the rigidness of our spine into the eternal center of yearning within our bodies and minds she provides the vivid imagery needed to escape the confines of our thoughts.

Freedom awaits her at the end of this journey. She encourages us to spin just as the earth beneath us spins on its axis. She further encourages us to feel and to just be... She twists and pierces her way through the colors of our emotions, through the hardness of our hurts and into the fiery center that provides us with the energy to continue our journey. It is here where she gives us the strength to let go.

Then we may continue into the state of consciousness that has always been our home. Finally our heart is touched by the softness of her nose, our oneness becomes evident and the body.

relaxes into a state of allowing. It feels as if we are sitting on the moon, yet feeling the sun above our heads beckoning us to continue upward. Kundalini is gentler now, her intention only to take us to our true love. Shiva.

Our throats become clear and our voices are free to sing with the angels that guide us. We are enveloped in the colors of our home, soothed from the anguish both past and present and clarity is paving the way for our knowing.

Kundalini is softer still, her anxiety gone, her fear released, she is safe inside us and allows us to see.

The light and magic that has been within us since our birth, is too bright to ignore any longer. Our bodies vibrate and spin; inward and outward with no beginning and no end.

The body pulses with a rhythm that belongs to all that are and all that has been. We become one and we become many, and it is finally clear that we are meant to be. Finally we are connected. Our eyes are no longer just physically seeing, as they become gifted with the insight and duality to focus on all that is.

The mind is finally still. The light has changed from one color to many and forms a rainbow as Kundalini makes her way to the opening of our heads.

The climax approaches, the body is calm! We can now push away all that brings us fear. We are safe and on our way to the one place that can fully support us. Finally we are understood, finally we are home, and finally we are free. All the sudden we know that we are made of the same particles as the earth and sky. There is no death, and nothing but Heaven before us. From this point on, Kundalini is inside us, uncoiled and beckoning us to join her at our source. Once she awakens us to the template for transformation; we can never go back.

We have finally found the light to sustain us.
