For those of us who have never heard Deepak Chopra speak or
have not had the time to read his books, this interview can be
a great introduction to the healing and philosophies that he
has spent much of his life teaching.
This interview reveals the questions that we all have and
how to find the answers.
Who am I, What do I want and What is my purpose are all
questions that Deepak Chopra begs us to ask of ourselves. As we
ask these questions we are allowing for the answers and will
begin to reach not only our full potential but the spot within
from where we create our reality. We cannot be reminded too
many times of the limitless possibilities that exist within our
soul and sprit. Deepak gently reminds us to reach the "Kingdom
of Heaven, for it lies inside of us all."
It is important for all of us to be aware of the collective
unconscious within.
Deepak begs us to find the ability to recognize the vastness
of our souls, the collective unconscious of our inheritance and
the universal domain that encompasses all that is and all that
ever was.
Most metaphysical destinies can only be reached through the
quietness of our minds. If each of us were able to find 20
minutes twice a day to meditate, not only would we decrease
stress and hormone levels but we would find ourselves deeply
restored in the process.
This is also a must see video for any parents. As parents
raise their children they are often the ones that stifle the
creativity and innate purpose that children come into this
world knowing. Deepak gently shows how the errors in our skills
lead our children to need deprogramming later in life to
achieve their purpose and be fulfilled.
He encourages all of us to "sing like the birds, not
worrying about who is around to hear." We all have unique gifts
and talents, children and adults alike should live in the
playful expression ofour souls, losing tack of time and
grasping the potential that is within us all.
