How to Meditate

Submitted by StefDaniel on Thu, 10/02/2008

All of that which lies beneath the surface of our bodies is begging us to learn how to allow. Allowing means quieting the mind, stilling the body and letting go of the physical reminders of our existence. Once we can achieve thoughtlessness, we can reconnect to the abundant cosmic energy that pulses through our body. Just as we would refuel a car, our etheric bodies require the same refueling. Our connection to the source of abundant energy lies within. The only thing standing between it and us is our own resistance….

How to Meditate will teach you how to let go your thoughts. It gives you the valuable tools that are necessary to simply just be….to think nothing of your breathing and to release the physical body into a form of conscious sleep. This sleep is naturally designed to replenish the soul and provide the energy centers that pulsate through every inch of our body the medicine they need to be well and to be happy!

The distant stars in our galaxy may appear far away, but these videos will give you the power to pull them closer to yourself, to feel and relax your way back to the love and peace that is our purpose

If you are stuck, or are trying to find a way to cure the ailments of your physical body; or perhaps you are seeking to find the order within the chaos of your mind…these are a must see videos

The simplicity and pureness of the imagery and instruction will enable you to achieve the state of allowing as you desire. As your practice continues you will soon be able to reach the intellect, where all is always well. You will be showered with cosmic energy that will enter your body through crown chakra and free flow to every limb and cell making you complete. Our journey is not to somewhere else, it is about going back to where we are from, our source …
